Three PBs at Colchester 10K

At the Colchester 10K, James set a personal best of 38:07 to take 12th place and improve his previous time by almost 50 seconds. Simon ran 39:45 to finish 14th . Paul Dellar improved his personal by 78 seconds, running 41:56 to take 23rd spot and there was also a personal best by Jamie, running 44:00, an improvement of 17 seconds. Matt Davey made his club debut at the distance with an encouraging run of 45;37. Beckie was also making her debut at 10K with a run of 46;33 which placed her 4th lady and Helen rounded off a good family day with a time of 48:12 to finish 1st F45.
