The Woodbridge 10K run over a hilly town course saw both Tiptree Road Runners set personal bests. Jamie Fairfull finished in 43:30, an improvement of 30 seconds, while Matt Davey’s run of 45:7 improved his best by 20 seconds. These were encouraging performances as both previous bests were set the previous Sunday on the flat Colchester 10K course.
