- Layer Marney Towers. Two courses of 5 and 12 miles approximately. Start 11am. Fee for entry to event £5.00 which includes car parking, music and beer festival.

MEC Quarter Marathon Series - Hatfield Peverel (17:30 - 18:30)
The second quarter marathon will be on wednesday evening May 23rd from the Peartree Pantry tea room, spring Lane, Hatfield Peverel CM3 2JW, starts available from 5:30pm. Parking is somewhat limited so please share cars where possible. As well as tea, cakes and sandwiches hot food and bottled beer is available in the cafe, your support would be gratefully received.
